What this site is (and isn’t)
JustAskJustiss is for beginners who want practical, step-by-step answers to common “how do I earn online?” questions. You’ll find guides, tool roundups, and simple systems you can follow. It’s not a place for hype, “get rich quick” promises, or strategies that only work if you already have a big audience.
The 7-step beginner roadmap
If you’re starting from zero, use this sequence. It’s designed to help you pick a path, avoid distractions, and build momentum.1) Pick one income lane (for now)
Trying everything at once is the fastest way to quit. Choose one lane for the next 30 days:- Freelancing (fastest to first dollars)
- Affiliate content (slower start, scalable)
- Micro-tasks / websites that pay (simple, limited upside)
2) Define a “tiny offer” you can deliver
If you freelance, don’t sell “writing” or “marketing.” Sell something small and clear, like:- “I’ll rewrite your homepage headline + first section.”
- “I’ll edit 1 blog post for clarity and SEO basics.”
- “I’ll create 10 product descriptions in your brand voice.”
3) Choose one platform to find opportunities
Pick one place to start (you can expand later): Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, or a niche Facebook group. Your goal is to learn what people actually pay for.4) Build a 1-page proof of skill
You don’t need a full website. You need proof. Create a simple document or page with:- What you do (your tiny offer)
- Who it’s for
- 2–3 samples (even self-made samples count)
- How to contact you
5) Use a repeatable outreach script
Don’t wing it. Use a short message you can reuse:Hi [Name] — I noticed [specific detail]. If you want, I can [tiny offer] so you get [result]. I can share a quick example first. Want me to take a look?
6) Track your inputs (not just outcomes)
Early on, focus on what you can control. Track:- Offers sent
- Responses
- Calls/chats booked
- Projects completed
